The process

Space & Story
We focused on Devonshire House as a premium base for group stays in Leeds city centre — open-plan living, generous dining and a calm, modern aesthetic that feels a level above a standard rental.
Composition & Flow
We built a visual journey from kitchen to lounge to dining, using wide angles and clean lines to show how the space works for hosting, eating and relaxing together — highlighting layout and scale, not just furniture.
Detail & Value Cues
Table settings, soft textures and considered styling were used to signal care and quality. These touches help guests read the apartment as “premium” at a glance, supporting stronger perceived value and higher nightly pricing.
